Do you have to sell your house and car if you declare yourself bankrupt

Hi Paul, welcome to the forum.

I suggest you take advice from an expert on here or the CAB. It's such a general question that without knowing your situation, we couldn't answer it.

Please post a few more details regarding your circumstances and you'll get lots of help and support on here.

Yes, as has been said contact the CAB or the experts on the left of the page.

Too general a point to give any helpful comments to you.

You could post again with more detail too

If your car is worth more than about £2k then you will probably have to sell it and buy a cheaper one.
