Hi everyone, I was made bankrupt in october and am yet to receive a nil tax code.I had put down £525 on my SOA as my average monthly earnings and the same for outgoings.
In january I did a lot of overtime and have also had a tax rebate. Therefore I have paid no tax this month either.
My take home pay was around £1450 for this month.
I will be moving house and lodging with my girlfriend in about 4-6 weeks which will drastically increase my outgoings plus I'll have moving costs. Also my car is about to die and I've had a quote for £200 for repairs.
What should I do about all the extra income?
How should I word this all to the OR?
I'm not sure how much of the money is mine.
Any help would be great, thanks.
