Hi all,
Just a thought, and forgive me if I sound a bit thick!
While going through all the posts I constantly find myself having to try and work out what words the acronyms are for.
I wondered if it was possible to have a list of the commonly used acronyms regarding bankruptcy so that I (and others) might be able to refer to them if stuck.
Maybe this is already on the site somewhere, but being a bit of a technophobe I would have no idea where.
What do you think? Am I being particularly thick today or do others have this problem?

ED - early discharge from bankruptcy
IPA/IPO - Income Payments Agreement /Order
AEO - Attachment of earnings order

There will be many more - maybe Google and see what else comes up?

I've made this topic a sticky as I'm sure it'll be a help to a lot of posters, and it can be added to when anyone thinks of any others!

Well done Emm, I can remember being confused at all the abbreviations when I first started 'lurking' around here.
I think this topic will definately help.
