I am thinking of applying for bankruptcy because i am owing the bank £16000 and i am no longer working. Am also thinking of relocating to another country to look for a job. Am not sure how i will be able to pay back this amount when i don't have any property in England. Please i need an advice. Thanks
There is nothing to stop you from applying for bankruptcy and then relocating depending upon the criteria for the country you were thinking of moving to.
