Hi There, I was made bankrupt in May 2010. I have been unemployed since then. I have heard about IPAs and know that as of this year they take all of your surplus income. My question it this.... If I got a job after I got discharged in may will I have to enter an IPA. I ask because i plan to leave the UK to find work as i cant find it here and need to make an informed choice
If you haven't had an IPA set up before your discharge, then if you get a job after dischsrge, you don't need to inform the OR and no, you won't have to pay an IPA.
