i have a business sole trader if i go bancrupt both personal debts and business debts can i still keep the business

Hi Ann

yes you can reform the new you

you might want to take some advice re stock, equipment and anything that may confuse old you and new you.

it is all about timing.. i would suggest that you speak to one of the experts.
