The Offical Receiver will investigate the position with the properties ie current market value v outstanding mortgage to assess current equity position, if any.
The Official Receiver will not make any decision on an residential property until 2 years 3months from the date of the Bankruptcy Order, when again he will assesss the equity situation via current market vaue v outstanding mortgage/charges
