I have recently been declared bankrupt. In my telephone interview with the receiver i have stated i need a car under 4 years old to do my job. My hire purchase car has to go as its finance, i get that but i have asked for a figure to be considered to enable me to rent a car. i have stated i do 40000 miles per year and cover the uk. without one i cant do my job but receiver says no i cant have one! this is so frustrating as my company only do car allowances. If i have no car i have no job!!!

Hi Stutom

sorry to be to the point, this is one of the things that should be looked at before declaring BR.

The OR is correct.

OK it has not been dealt with so lets consider other options to get the car ? would the fleet manager at work be able to help, if allowance is paid at source direct to hire company.
