Can you tell me what an application to enter an agreed notice is? My Partner has suffered a heart attack and is recovering from surgery. I am trying to help by dealing with his post, however this has revealed the probable cause of his heart attack. STRESS! He has a few people writing to him for unpaid debts plus he is paying a ridiculous amount of money to the CSA for a child that would have to dine out at the finest restaurants daily and wear Savile Row tailored clothes for it to warrant the extortionate amount the pays...anywhoo....can you tell me what the notice is and what it means for his home and is there a possibility of him becoming homeless? I want to try and tackle his on my own for fear of bringing on another heart attack. Many thanks people

I hope your partner makes a full recovery - my husband suffers with heart problems and has had several heart attacks and two bypass operations so I can sympathise with you.

He can always reapply to the CSA if his earnings have changed. Otherwise what he will be paying will at most only be 15% of net salary if he has one child.
