Hi Gary, I could tell you how you could take the job, and still get paid but avoid an IPA, but I'm not here to assist people to get their debts discharged, then lead a debt free life, without paying something back if they can, so I would say take the job, complete the I&E form correctly, and if an IPA is raised, then it's only for 3 years(5 years in an IVA), and no extortionate management fees, then you will be completely free.

Well said Bigal.
This forum will never condone avoiding an IPA. If someone chooses to do so that's a matter for their conscience but no advice will be given on the forum.

Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.

Totally agree with the other experts. The forum will never condone avoiding an IPA or hiding anything from the OR.
Buckle your seat belt Dorothy, 'cos Kansas is going bye bye.
