Hi, I have opened a co-op cashminder a/c before going BR, so that I can change over my direct debits and to get bacs payments, but now I'm scared that they will close the a/c down when I go BR. What is the likelihood of this and what can I do if it does happen? Help...so confused!

Hi, the Co-op don't freeze cashminder accounts.

Co-op very good and understanding.

The OR will say that your accounts may be frozen but that is at bank discretion. As viki has said COOP cashminder does not get closed

they be nice now as they want your good trade later

Completely in agreement with Richard & Viki. Tell the OR when you speak, that you have a co-op cashminder account opened for use during your BR & He/she will leave it open.
