I'm in the latter part of my BR and don't anticipate receiving an early discharge. At this time due to low earnings I do not have an IPA. When will the OR contact me again to ask about my current SOAs and does the IPA situation have to be resolved before discharge?

Hi, they only have the 12 months you are bankrupt to set up an IPA. They will send you a fresh income and expenditure to fill in before your automatic discharge.

Hi, I got a letter from the OR at the beginning of the month regarding I&E and I'm due for automatic discharge in 7 days, not that I'm counting! My friend did too, so it seems that a final letter is sent in the last 6 weeks of your BR.
