hi,we are going bankrupt on wednesday and the CAB have advised us not to put our mobile phone contracts on the financial statement but i think we should as it is an outgoing and shows on our monthly bank statement,what is your opinion please?

I would list them

some ORs will not allow mob telephone unless it is job related.

I disagree - if you are planning on keeping the mobiles and aren't in arrears then there is no need to list them.

sorry i will clarify

you dont have to list them on the debts (as no debt) but i would list them on income and expenditure.
