help i thought id go to cab for them to help me fill forms in they went on and on well you cant have legal aid i told them i dont want legal aid i just would like someone to look at my forms to check its ok i dont know what to do i dont trust them is there any where else i could go to have them checked thanks
I suspect that the local CAB are too busy to assist with a checking process - it would take a few hours and unless thay had been assisting you all the way, then it would be more
As debtinfo has said, what aspects are you unsure about and someone here may be able to make a suggestion or two
things like do i write down the main creditors or the creditors that are trying to get money of me for the main ones if that makes any sense and i do my outgoinsg at 4 weeks 4 fridays 4mondays it that ok or do i work it out 52 weeks
Any way I could have my form checked ?
