Help - I have gone bankrupt - great advice from this site....However one of my creditors is Guernsey Income Tax in the Channel Islands..to the tune of about £7000(I used to have a business there) I now live in the UK, however I am thinking of returning to Guernsey to live but the OR doesn't know if my debt there will have been covered in my bankruptcy as they are not part of HMRC. Its still early days of my bankruptcy and the OR hasn't received any correspondance from them. Any help or advice would be more than welcome....Also sorry if i've put my thread in the wrong place!!!!

Hi Paddy

welcome to the forum

To the best of my knowledge all listed debts in Europe (except Denmark) can be included in your bankruptcy.
