Im getting a little worried because i havent heard from my OR in ten months now. I was declared bankrupt in may 2010. I heard from him straight after but thought he would be in contact with me senise prior my dischrage but alas no. should i be worried
I suspect the majority of BRs are the same - when you get to the 12 months simply look on the website and you are likely to be discharged. You may never hear from the OR again...
I wouldn't worry at all. I only spoke to the OR's assistant once immediately after my bankruptcy hearing and then nothing at all after that. I was discharged after 12 months last March. Still paying an IPA which ends in June 2012 (just in time for the Olympics).
Have not heard from OR in 10 months
