Hi there i'm in an iva which is £265 a month, i'm thinking about going bankrupt, due to financial reasons, but i also work for the government, will my job be okay???
It may well depend upon exactly what you do for the government. You would need to check your contract or look on the intranet site at work or make an anonymous call to HR to see if you would be affected.
Is there a problem with your IVA? If so then speak to your IP initially to see if you can sort this out.
How long have you been in your IVA?
