I live with my mother and have no assets of my own. If I declare myself bankrupt, will my mother's house and assets be at risk?

Hi and welcome.

If the house is in your mothers name then there shouldn't be a problem.

not usually, some exceptions might be for instance if you had paid the mortgage for her for years, provided a deposit for her, built an extension on to the house for her, done some funny early inheritance stuff to avoid inheritance tax.

but most people who have just lived there as give a bit of keep dont need to worry
