 If my husband cashes in person ?

My husband is bankrupt but has told his two pensions are safe. Does this mean if he cashes them in too (we need a lot doing to the house) or will the OR take some of the money he receives? If so how much will they take?

if he gets a lump sum during the bankruptcy then th OR will take it all
