Hi,
Having read a lot on here about what you need to give the OR, I see they want 12 months of bank statements, how do you get these if your account is frozen or can the OR get them?
Thanks, Steve |

Hi Steve, I'm not sure about once your account is frozen. But straight after my BR I downloaded and printed of all my statements to give to the OR. You have a few days from BR before accounts will be frozen. Best get your statements sorted now just to be on the safe side! Widge x |

Hi,
I can't download 12mths worth of statements, my online facility doesn't allow me to do this and if the bank can do them it will cost £50!
Can the OR not get them? I've read that some people have been fine with one statement?
Regards, Steve |

Hi Steve, just download what you can and the OR will be able to get the rest from the bank.
