Hi,

Having read a lot on here about what you need to give the OR, I see they want 12 months of bank statements, how do you get these if your account is frozen or can the OR get them?

Thanks,
Steve

Hi Steve, I'm not sure about once your account is frozen. But straight after my BR I downloaded and printed of all my statements to give to the OR. You have a few days from BR before accounts will be frozen. Best get your statements sorted now just to be on the safe side!

Hi,

I can't download 12mths worth of statements, my online facility doesn't allow me to do this and if the bank can do them it will cost £50!

Can the OR not get them? I've read that some people have been fine with one statement?

Regards,
Steve

Hi Steve, just download what you can and the OR will be able to get the rest from the bank.
