I just wondered what would happen if I was made redundant during the BR period with regards to redundancy pay I might get, also what would happen with the pay when discharged and in the IPA period should I have one.
Your redundancy money is paid to you as compensation for loss of office and should be used to replace your lost wages. If you get a new job before the money has been absorbed, then the balance would need to be paid over to the OR if it was received prior to your discharge.
