Hi,
Just filling in my statement of affairs, and the guide is slightly confusing.
In fixtures and fittings, do I include furniture? And in assets, do I need to list things such as clothing, microwave, toaster etc? One part of the guide says list everything, the next says don't!!
Court date on the 5th of April!!! Arrgghhhh!! |

Hi ive recently went BR and in the assets i never listed anything as i had nothing of great value, they only need to know about things of great value that you own .A toaster clothing microwave etc are necessities and are no interest to the OR.And for fixtures and fittings i would say its the same.Check with one of the experts to be sure(their great for advice !!)or you could look at previous posts just to double check!! Good luck for April im sure it'll all be fine!quote: Originally posted by ddonna

Ddonna is right, there is no need to list clothing, furniture etc.
