Hi there

just to let you all know there are new forms to be used for debtors petitions as from 6th April (they can be found on the Insolvency service website (under FORMS)
the court fee will also increse onthe smae date by £25 to £175 making the total costs £625 to file for bankruptcy (£450 OR's fee £175 court fee)

Another big change is for debtor's petitions in the London area - as from 6th April debtors petitions where liabilities (debts) are under £100,000 will be heard inthe London Count Court (as opposed the the High Court at the moment)

Anyone considering fileing for bankruptcy on or AFTEr 6th April should ensure new forms fees etc are used

Hope this helps

Melanie
