Hello everyone,

I had a letter and IPOQ form in Feb 2011 from the OR who was proposing ED. I completed the forms and sent them back. The OR rang and advised me that I would not receive any IPA/IPO and stated she was still recommending ED, however I haven't heard anything since. I check the register daily to see if I've been discharged but nothing yet. Does anyone know how long this usually takes and whether I would receive any letter at all?
Could the OR have just changed her mind?
Not sure how this all works now, quite close to the end and was hoping that it would end slightly sooner, July 2011 is my end date. Any words of advice gratefully received.

Thank you.

Went Br 20th July 2010..countdown for 1 year.

Hi WW.

This sounds pretty normal to me.
I do think it is now just a waiting & watching game. The time from the last IPOQ form to ED/AD does seem to vary region to region but I think the time span seems very long, especially when you are waiting on tenterhooks.

Keep an eye on the register & don't forget to make plenty of copies when it appears.
Good Luck & keep us informed.

there are serveral things that go on behind the scenes, for instance the OR once they have checked your I/E they write to all your creditors to check for any objections and have to wait for replies so it can take a while
