Apart from the agreed Income Payment Agreement there are no further fees payable to the court apart from the 495 to petition for your own Br.
If however your income changes ( up or down )then you need to speak to the OR's office and advise them so that your monthly payments can be changed accordingly

Hi Paul Thanks ,Iam fine ,your self?.Been declared bankrupt, had my interview couple days ago, and awaiting OR decision with regard to IPA and the rest.I feel £73.000 lighter in weight and addicted to the bankrupcy forum instead of Blackjack( far better and cheaper addiction). Abd
