Mortgage
I have been discharged since Sept 08, and i was wondering what my options are when it comes to getting a mortgage. I live with my boyfriend, who has a house and a mortgage, he wants to take his ex off of the mortgage and put me on it, however because of my Bankruptcy Santandar will not let us, so we ahve been looking at "adverse finance" mortgage companies who have said after being discharged for 3 years or more i should be able to get a mortgage. Do you know if this is true, or if there are any reputable mortgage companies for discharged bankrupts that you would recommend? Thank you
