hi again does anyone know...if i have to pay the council or a bailiff for a liability order after my bankruptcy can i add it to my expenditure on my SOA? only went bankrupt on last friday, not had my OR interview yet...that might be a few weeks due to coming bank holidays...any help advice would be much appreciated...many thanks

Hi Rich1972

Yes, you can add the payment of The Liability Order to your expenditure as it really is a priority debt due to the fact thet it probably relates to unpaid Council Tax or unpaid Child Support, both of which are excluded from your bankruptcy.
