I'm almost certainly going to file for bankruptcy in the next few weeks, but I have a question (Probably won't be the last either!)
Over the last few months I've been able to save a couple of hundred pounds in my savings account for the purpose of buying a pram, cot etc before the baby arrives in the summer.
What will happen to this account? Should I transfer the money to my partner? Should I buy what I need now? If I leave it, will it all be taken from me? If I spend it or move it will it be fraud?
Not 100% on this but I would suggest that you buy the items you need now - I don't think you will have a problem but hopefully an expert will be along shortly.
Double, double toil and trouble; Fire burn, and cauldron bubble.
Hi Jen, This sounds porfectly acceptable to me too although I am not an 'expert'. I am sure that as long as you keep the receipts for such items 'just in case' that it must surely be ok. Any experts out there to advise?
