Hi

Simple, you should not need to instruct a solicitor - The ORs solicitor will produce the assignment document (Deed). You will pay for their fees - (a nominal sum)

It is straightforward only a standard two or three page document

Good luck, Housing

Hi Chris,
the following link may be of help, and doesn't need the help of a solicitor:

Note, this is for a solely owned property, and when you could buy the BI for £1(property in neg equity).

If you need help completing SOA's(statement of affairs) or PIQ's(preliminary information questionnaire) if you've been declared bankrupt, or anything else and you're within 30 miles or so of Warrington, then please contact me via my contact details in the expert page for futher details"
