Hi Daniel and welcome to the forum.
Both IVA and BR will be on your credit record for six years after the date your IVA is approved or the bankruptcy rubber stamped at court.
Your credit rating will be rubbish!
Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn, and cauldron bubble.

So what would you say the best thing to do, I owe a lot of money to different companies but I want to clear it and sort my credit rating out asap |

The choice is yours but your credit record will remain bad for 6 years regardless of the route you follow.
Speak to a professional about this, visit www.iva.com for a list of companies and reviews and give one or two a ring for some free and impartiall advice as to all the options open to you.

You can contine with an IVA whilst abroad - I know of at least one person who is doing so and an IP friend of mine has a lot of clients who have moved abroad.
