Hello
I am completely stuck on section 4 of the debtor's petition. I have looked at the guidance on the insolvency agency's website and I dont really understand it. I call National Debtline, but the guy I spoke to didnt seem to know either.
I have previously been in an IVA, and the IVA failed in January 2011.
Which parts am I supposed to delete? The details of the IVA are in the supporting document, but as it is now failed I dont know if I should list it here or not?
I dont think I am subject to an administration order, the IVA paperwork I have says it is under the Insolvecy Act (1986) |

Hi,
Delete the line that says "I was adjudged bankrupt", also delete the line that says "I made a composition", also delete the line that says "I have not entered into a voluntary arrangement", then the bit below, put in the date of your IVA acceptance, then delete the line that says "an administration order was made against me"
Hope this helps.

Hi, sorry just one more question. On the Statement of Affairs form, should I put my name at the top where it says Re and then underlined?
I was also told not to sign the forms until I was at court, does that apply to the front and back of the Statement of Affairs as well as the petition? |
