Hi i am really new at this . Made bankrupt last week.
Hope someone can help!
My question is. During my conversation with the receiver she mentioned that they would cash in an insurance policy which is in my name but my wife has paid for ever since it started. She is the sole beneficiary and so has insured my life. Can the receiver do this when it is clearly not an assett of mine.
Hope someone can help.
Yours penniless

if it is in your name, then it clearly is your policy
