I contacted land registry & I was told I have 3interim charging orders but not final charging orders.

On the other hand one of the creditors told me they have final charging order & they don't know why don't show as final in land registry. I must fill in expenditure form after me being bankrupt.

Can someone give some advice as I am confused.

Thank you

Hi Irfan,

sometimes it takes LR sometime to update the information on the property, the best thing as debtinfo said, is for them to provide a copy of the final charge, although you as proprietor should also have received a copy. The other thing to try is the court where it is held.

If you need help completing SOA's(statement of affairs) or PIQ's(preliminary information questionnaire) if you've been declared bankrupt, or anything else and you're within 30 miles or so of Warrington, then please contact me via my contact details in the expert page for futher details"
