I got a letter from Trustee saying:

".....I attach a notice of disclaimer Form 6.61a and would confirm that this form has also been sent to (mortgage company)
under rule 6.178 of The Insolvency Rules 1986.

I would confirm that the disclaimer notice disclaims my interest in the property....."

So, what do I do now?

Not a clue on this one Nicole! Hopefully one of the experts or other posters who have experience of this will be along to advise.

Double, double toil and trouble;
