Hi Sarah

You ought to have received your discharge from bankruptcy in December 2004. You should give the Trustee a call who dealt with your case, and you may need to apply to Court for a discharge certificate which I think costs £60.

For an informal chat about any financial difficulties, or advice as to the options available, I can be contacted via my website - www.melaniegiles.com

To get a certificate of discharge you will need to write to the court where you were made BR with a cheque for £60 made payable to HMCS. You will need to give them as much information about your BR as possible - date, reference number etc.

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.
