im in an iva at the moment but am struggling with the payments, can i go bankrupt or would it be better to stay in the iva, and extend the length of time to repay that

Hi Mark and welcome to the forum.

Sorry to hear that you are struggling with your IVA. How long have you been in it? Do you have anything to lose such as a house if you go bankrupt?

You need to speak to your IP to see if they can help you with your payments.
