Hi all, can anyone advise on the unsecured debts page, where you list the debts, does this include all the creditors bound by an iva, or is it just debts racked up since the iva???

Also can someone advise when court costs have to be paid, at what stage, as there are i believe 3 seperate paymnets, is this correct?

Hi I am not an expert but just recently gone through the BR court.

Include all your unsecured debt including all the debt you have agreed in your IVA, the secured debt should include your mortgage and any other debt secured debt you have on the property.

I hope this helps.

I apologies for my keyoards poor spelling and grammar.

You pay the court fee on the day of the filing, in cash.

Its paid in one amount although its for 2 different things, I think ones the court costs and ones for something else, but they asked my partner for it as soon as he handed them the SOA.

One other thing - make sure you have enough copies of the petition and SOA. I was one short and it cost me another £7 to get it copied. On top of the fees and £6 for the car park it was an expensive day!

Where there's life there's hope!
