| hello, i was made br on 22 nov 2010, and started paying an ipa from feb 2011, but i'm still not on the insolvency register, i am also still getting calls from experto credite (mbna) for my 17000 credit card debt, i have given them the name & number of the or numerous times. so why am i not on the register? |

Hi Geezer and welcome.
No idea about this I'm afraid. It might just be an oversight.
MBNA should have been informed of the bankruptcy so I'd give the OR a ring to see if they can shed any light on the matter.
Other than that, send a copy of the bankruptcy order to MBNA - they can't argue with it when it's in black and white!

Hi
I had trouble with MBNA too they were the last to stop sending letters. I sent them copies of the bankruptcy order and spoke to them on the phone with all the details. I did as Kallis says I contacted my OR who dealt with them and now it has stopped. Hope it all works out for you |
