House deed is on my wife name but during re mortgage with problems i went in as a guarantor for mortgage,so we have joint mortgage. Now due to my financial problems can not pay to credit cards and wants to go personally bankrupt.How house of wife will be affected???

yes, but four years ago i have taken out more than my share,now equity is left is wife share.

Well if you have documentation to prove all that then it probably won't be affected BUT the OR will look into it & not just take your word for it.
