Hi If made bankrupt in may 2008 and my house was repossessed in Dec 2009 but not sold yet do we have any chance of getting the property back mortgage of 110,000 property worth 100,000
If your property has not sold yet and your family, or you, can come up with the funds which the OR is requiring, then there is nothing to stop you making an offer.
