 When I am discharged can I keep quarterly bonus payments ?

I went bankrupt end of Jan 2011,i had £70 p/m left over which i have to pay £60pm to moonbeaver for 3 yrs , Questions i need to ask is :
1)when im discharged can i keep any bonus payments which i get quarterly?
2)i want to buy back interest in house ( mortgaged im the sole owner )if so how much would be an acceptable offer considering i owe £159K and worth 160K ish.
