Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help answer my questions if possible, firstly , the background, went bankrupt Jan 2011, mortgaged property and sole owner, i owe £159k and worth approx £160 when valued in Jan 2011, im now paying moonbeaver £60pm as i had £80 free income,so questions:

1)i want to buy back interest in property , when can i do this and what is reasonable offer considering housing market?
2)Moonbeaver - Can i keep any of my bonuses when discharged or do i have to keep paying that for 3yrs also?
3)How do they monitor my income after ive set up standing order to pay the £60p/m/

Much appreciated,

Nige.

1) The OR will usually now only consider selling the interest back to you afer 2 years and 3 months, you can force there hand by making an offer to them but it would have to be something they could not refuse.

2) possibly, possibly not, what you do need to do is keep them informed of any changes in you financial situation over the 3 years and that would include bonus's

3) Now that would be telling wouldn't it - as i said above you have a duty to tell them of any changes
