Hi and welcome.

The money you owe on your HP will be included in bankruptcy.

How much do you actually owe?

The world is broken, halos fail to glisten
We try to make a difference but no one wants to listen
Hail the preachers, fake and proud
Their doctrines will be cloud
Then they'll dissipate like snowflakes in an ocean

Hi Dave.08

Strictly speaking, the goods on HP do not become your property until paid for in full and therefore if you default or become bankrupt, the HP companies do have a right to repossess these goods. However it is highly unlikely that this will happen due to the costs involved.

All the best
