 Possible to get an IPA if only income is state pension/DLA?

I went bankrupt in August 2010 my only income is state pensions and DLA is it still possible to get an IPA

Hiya anne.or

It is still possible to get an IPA based on your pension income. If there is disposable income of over £20, you would be expected to pay this to the OR. Your DLA benefit is exempt from this calculation.
