I'm looking to declare bankruptcy - I'm currently on ESA - 'sick pay' I'd like to know how I can go about this? And costs etc?

Hi Michael,

You will get a reduction in the court fee so the fee is £525.

I suggest you contact an expert if you haven't done so already to take advice and see what your options are.
