Hello Again
I am having a lot of trouble dealing with my creditors simply because I do not know half the time who I am dealing with
As said previously I was entirely up to date with all my creditors until oct 2010 when my partner left me and I then was made redundant early Jan.
Halifax seem to be the most difficult ones..my loan debt has gone from initial agreed monthly payments then to Albion then to Capital bank then to iQuor.
I had a letter today from iQuor accepting my offer of £5 a month for 1835 monthly payments.
The next letter I opened was from GPB (geoffrey parkbourne solicitors) saying that they will be taking me to court for my debt with capital bank????
I now have my co op account but have not transferred anthing over yet as I am sooo worried that if I do it now before I have sold my grandmother to find the £700 needed to go BR I will get even more muddled up.
I think I will need some one to help me with the forms for BR should I contact one of the experts sooner rather than later??
I am sooo stressed out thanks for listening x

If you are stressed out Darkday and really struggling then I would contact an expert sooner rather than later. You can find their details under the experts link on the left hand side of the page. Please give one of them a ring.

As regards the bank, transfer everything across so you know where you are with that.

The world is broken, halos fail to glisten
We try to make a difference but no one wants to listen
Hail the preachers, fake and proud
Their doctrines will be cloud
Then they'll dissipate like snowflakes in an ocean
