All,

It appears that new Is rules for 2013 are being planned and discussed.

Any one know about this and how it will affect current and future BRs.

I'm not a member of the above site so can't see the article.

I would imagine though that those who are already bankrupt would be safe.

They will obviously affect those declaring in 2013.

Having read the letter it looks as though something will be coming out soon so I suppose we will have to wait and see what it says.

The Insolvency rules changes are usually fairly small changes, If they bring in a new ACT then that is where the major changes usually are
