I am in a lot of debt and owe alot of payday loans will this be lifted from me if I declare myself bankrupt ?

Hi Aaron.pw

Yes all your debts are written off with few exceptions such as money you owe on a student loan, Court fines and money owing to CSA.

If you need further advice, come back to the forum or call an expert, as detasiled on the "experts" page.
