I am a single mother of two and have been sent a notice of bankruptcy proceedings from walker love. I do work but I am on maternity at the moment and I only get stat magternity play. With all the out going that i have i am only left with £18 per month can you help me with any advice of what to do please?

Do you have any assets which need protecting? Do you have any other debts apart from this one?
