What additional paperwork will i need to produce to the court to apply for bankruptcy e.g. wifes pay slips

Hi Alan.hk & welcome to the forum.

I'm trying to remember what we needed but from what I recollect the court will need your BR petition, I think you need to supply 3 photocopies, (an expert will clarify this) plus your court fees.

Payslips etc will be requested by the OR at a later date.

Hi Alan.hk

The only paperwork needed at court are three copies of your bankruptcy petition and 3 copies of your Statement of Affairs. Certain courts vary with the number of copies although it will never be more than 3 - so be on the safe side! If you are claiming a fee reduction, you will need proof. Other thah that, the Official Receiver will request any additional paperwork and documentation.
